A 45-minute ritual to return to your inner radiance.

Held once a month near the waxing moon, Reclaiming the Light is a live, guided meditation and sound healing experience created to help you reconnect with your body, reawaken your clarity, and soften into the present moment. Together, we reflect on the quiet beauty of what is—while honoring the resilience that carried us here.

This session is an invitation to call home anything within you that felt dimmed or distant: your peace of mind, your hopefulness, your joy. Through somatic grounding, breathwork, and sound-based ritual, we open to an experience of energetic overflow—a space where light is not something we chase, but something we reclaim from within the body temple itself.

Featuring singing bowls and chimes this monthly session supports nervous system regulation, emotional integration, and soul-tending.

A ritual of release, remembrance, and quiet reclamation.

Held once a month during the waning moon, Ashes and Echoes is a 45-minute live sound meditation that invites you into a space of deep rest and intentional letting go. We honor the phases of life that are closing—the thoughts, stories, patterns, or emotions that no longer serve—and offer them gently to the fire of release.

The ashes represent what has been surrendered. The echoes are what remains: subtle truths, tender insights, and soul-shaped imprints that deserve our listening.

Through slow breathwork, somatic presence, and a soundscape of Tibetan bowls, gongs, and echo-rich resonance, this session supports the nervous system in settling—and the heart in softening. It is a place to hear yourself again, beneath the noise of doing, striving, and surviving.

A nervous system lullaby for the soul.

This live session is a slow descent into softness—designed to soothe the optic nerve, quiet the mental chatter, and invite the body into a state of safety and surrender.

We weave together live lullabies, gentle soundscapes, poetry, oracle reflection, and mythic storytelling—creating a space where the inner child feels held, and the adult self can rest.

This is not a place to strive or process. It is a sanctuary to release the worries of the day, reconnect with your breath, and prime the body for deep, amplified restoration during sleep.

All light is dimmed. The pace is intentional. The rhythm is slow.
This is your Sound Temple.

These sessions blend intuitive soundscapes with brain-wise intention—drawing from neuroscience, somatic rhythm, and ancient vibrational practices to restore the nervous system and reconnect you to the inner pulse of calm.

Using instruments like chimes, singing bowls, frame drum, Rav Vast, and the human voice, each session becomes a ritual of return—back to breath, back to presence, back to your inner sound temple.

Whether you’re seeking deep rest, energetic cleansing, creative activation, or gentle nervous system repair, this space is an open invitation to let sound do the work.

Join each Monday for a sacred ritual to set the tone for the week ahead with calm, reassuring intentionality. We’ll draw three cards from the Celtic Blessings Oracle Deck and read the accompanying invocations. From there, the group will select one of the three blessings to move into practice around, and we will gently transition into a meditation and sound bath to restore stillness and soften the inner landscape. This is a beautiful way to begin your week—priming the mind to recognize the grace and miracles already stirring beneath the surface of your days.

Safety is a lived, subjective experience that emerges from biological processes, psychological meaning, and social context. This seminar examines how the brain and body determine whether defensive systems can stand down, and why that determination is often resistant to conscious reassurance. Drawing on contemporary research in predictive processing, affective neuroscience, and psychophysiology, the seminar traces how safety functions as a gatekeeper for learning, memory integration, and exploratory behavior. We also examine why many widely used interventions—including mindfulness and attention-based practices—show inconsistent effects when safety has not been biologically established, and how individual differences in inflammation, prior stress exposure, and uncertainty sensitivity shape these outcomes. This session offers a distinct framework for understanding safety not as an outcome to be achieved, but as a detection process that determines what the nervous system is willing to allow.
