I hold a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Health, Medicine, and Human Values from the University of New Mexico, where I also conducted neuroscience research as part of a biomedical NIH award. My work bridges science and soul—exploring how the nervous system, psyche, and spirit can be supported through both empirical insight and ancient wisdom.

Since the pandemic, I’ve hosted free online sessions, workshops, and guided meditations to help others reconnect to self-sovereignty, inner wisdom, and the transcendent beauty of being. My sessions often include sound healing instruments such as gongs, chimes, and crystal and Tibetan singing bowls to engage the nervous system in gentle restoration.

My approach is informed by positive psychology, contemplative neuroscience, Jungian depth psychology, and mythopoetic storytelling. I’m especially interested in consciousness, moral development, perception, and the integration of the biomedical model with holistic wellness practices.

You can find me live on Insight Timer at least once a month. I also share resources, mentorship, courses, and offerings through my wellness company, SoundMindScience, where I guide others in cultivating grounded, soulful well-being.
